Since 1936 there have been opportunities for adventure, fun, friendship at Camp Thunderbird! It is one of the finest Resident Camping programs anywhere, located in Lake Wylie, SC just 17 miles from Charlotte, NC. Nationally recognized water programs which include wakeboaring and water skiing. Over 28 land activities including: horseback riding, skating, ropes course, sports, and crafts. Our activities are designed to provide boys and girls ages 7-16 with an exciting, safe experience. ACA Accredited and a 4:1 camper to counselor ratio promotes an environment that helps children grow in spirit, mind, and body. For More Information Call 800-732-3855.
